Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Basket’ and ‘Checkout’, where you will be asked for delivery and contact details. The invoice address for your order must match the billing address of any credit/debit card used.

Ordered placed before 2.30 on a weekday will be dispatched the same day, after this time they will be dispatched on the next working day, this is due to Covid and the way we have to work at the moment.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on request. Due to the large number of possible variations in weight and volume of products for sale on this website we are not currently able to automatically calculate international shipping charges online. Please email details of the products and quantities required along with the shipping destination and we will be pleased to quote for the variety of shipping options available.
Returning Goods – our money back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a Material Return Authorisation Number (MRAN) and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Simply return the item to us in its original condition including any product packaging. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
